Attendees will develop the aptitude and muscle memory needed to master a proven call handling process that will help them book more calls and wow more customers over the phone. They will also learn how to promote and sell service agreements on inbound and outbound calls which could quite possibly double dealer service agreement sales overnight! This is a call handling competency that can change company culture inside the office, not to mention dealer sales. It is a “must attend” for anyone who answers the phone in your office!
Outcomes:
- Develop the competency and muscle memory necessary to effectively follow PSP’s proven call handling process.
- Increase sensitivity to customer’s needs by developing listening skills and emotional intelligence.
- Improve confidence with an acquired ability to control the direction and outcome of each call.
