TEC & Excelsior Training

Attendees will request a stat on the registration form. The training stat is not for resale. It will be powered in class and used for he hands-on portion after which the student can keep it. In return all ecobee asks is for the device to be installed and registered in their home within 7 days.

The training will cover the key features (what makes ecobee great), demonstrations of wiring diagrams/Power Extender Kit install, a breakdown on the Smart Security Doorbell Camera, SmartSensors, Alexa Voice Service/Registration, Multi-Speed Fan functionality, the latest info, and more. 

To show your techs know how easy it is to install ecobee, we have designed training cases that includes hands-on wiring and programming of the thermostats.

Learning by applying: Connecting with more customers will be easier if your techs have confidence in ecobee because they’ve personally experienced the benefits and know how easy it is to install and use.

This training includes:

* Key selling features, what makes ecobee great?

* Hands-on installs with real thermostats for a variety of installation scenarios

* Introduction to the ecobee mobile app & web portal

This classes qualifies for 3 "FAD Distributor" or "Elite Distributor" hours for the dealer and 2 NATE hours for the technician.

CANCELLATION POLICY - To cancel out of a class, please email ryan.hoger@tecmungo.com with your name and the date of the class.  Refunds are available (with a 15% processing fee) up to 72 hours before the start of class.  You may also substitute a student from the same company (without penalty) at any time.
